Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email or SMS with tracking information. You can also track orders in your account dashboard.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide alternative delivery instructions.
Store Pickup
Free pickup is available at our Accra store. Select "Store Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
- 14-day return window from delivery date
- Products must be unused and unopened
- Original packaging required
- Proof of purchase needed
- Sale items are final sale (unless defective)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Sale/clearance items
- Items returned after 14 days

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- • Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- • Email us at hello@yolieskincare.com with your order number and photos
- • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
- • No need to return the damaged item in most cases
